Host 1:
Inès Hafza is an Alumni Recruiter at mthree with a background in full cycle technical recruitment across a variety of industries. She has spent the past year specializing in helping mthree alumni continue to grow their careers by connecting them with opportunities that align with their skills and goals. With her experience in recruiting for diverse technical roles, Inès brings a strong understanding of both candidate development and client needs, ensuring successful long-term matches. At mthree, she is passionate about supporting professionals in navigating their next career steps and positioning them for success.
Host 2:
Steve Ramos is an experienced Tech Talent Recruitment Manager with over a decade of expertise in identifying, mentoring, and placing emerging technical talent across North America. He currently leads the North America Recruitment team at mthree. Prior to his role at mthree, Steve held significant positions at TCS and NPower, where he developed campus recruitment strategies, created apprenticeship programs, and built partnerships with universities, coding boot camps, and nonprofit organizations. His initiatives have supported hundreds of hiring managers and placed thousands of candidates in entry-level positions in cybersecurity, software engineering, and IT services. With his extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience in career coaching and recruitment operations, he is an invaluable resource for students looking to launch successful careers in technology.
