Duration: The competition will run from September 1st to November 30th 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Age: Participants must be 18 years or older.

Residency: The competition is open to residents of Canada, United Kingdom & United States ONLY

Educational Status: Participants must be current university students 

Exclusions: Employees of mthree, their immediate family members, and any associated companies are not eligible to participate.

Entry Process: Participants must enter the competition by filling out the online form above.

Entry Limitations: Each participant may submit one entry. Additional entries will not be considered.

Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by Sunday 30th November 23:59

Correct Answer: Mthree will take the first answer you provide, any subsequent entries will not be counted

Prize Details: The winner will receive iPad or equivalent.

Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered within 5 days of winner notification.

Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Taxes: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Winner Selection: The decision is final and not subject to appeal. Winners will be chosen by random generator; email addresses will be inputted into the generator.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the competition closing date.

Rights: By entering the competition, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their entry for promotional purposes.

Moral Rights: Participants assert that their entry does not infringe on the moral rights of others.

Grounds for Disqualification: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have breached these terms or engaged in unfair practices (e.g., plagiarism, false information).

Rejection of Entries: The organizer may reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not meet the entry requirements.

Exclusions: The organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other issues that may affect the competition.

Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the competition.

Data Collection: Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the organizer’s privacy policy, unless you have stated otherwise.

Data Retention: Data will be retained for 12 months following the conclusion of the competition and then securely deleted.

Jurisdiction:

For UK entrants these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.

For Canada entrants these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

For USA entrants these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA.

Right to Amend: The organizer reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via updates to the competition website and via email.
