This Hackathon is open to any UK university student, that is interested in a tech career.
There is a requirement to attend mthree Canary Wharf offices for the presentations and networking.
mthree are unable to cover costs of travel
Yes, each team member will need to submit an application and will be required to have a phone call before being accepted.
Each team must be a minimum of 3 individuals and no more than 5.
mthree will support and connect you with others before the day. This will allow you to introduce yourselves before attending.
Each team will comprise of maximum 5 individuals.
Unfortunately we are not able to cover travel costs.
mthree will introduce you to your team and the full brief a week before. You will have from that week to work on ideas, should you choose to. During the afternoon at mthree office you will have 2 hours to work and finalise your idea before presenting to the judges.
All work submitted must be the original work of the team and should not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
Pre-existing code or libraries are allowed as long as they are open-source or the team has the right to use them.
Teams retain ownership of their intellectual property, but the organisers and sponsors reserve the right to showcase the projects for promotional purposes.
During the evening and presentations mthree will evaluate based on the following criteria:
Decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the hackathon schedule or terms at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
